Welcome to Sydne Barnett Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website sydnebarnettstudios.com, booking a session, or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

1. Use of Website

All content, images, logos, and written material on this Site are the intellectual property of Sydne Barnett Studios LLC and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used without express written permission.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

2. Session Booking & Payment Terms

A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date.

Full payment is due on or before the day of your session.

Pricing is subject to change but will be honored once your session is officially booked.

All products (albums, digitals, prints, etc.) are custom and non-refundable.
No products will be delivered until the invoice is paid in full.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of the session date may forfeit the retainer.

Reschedules will incur a $250 fee per occurance.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in loss of the session fee.

4. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously.

Information We Collect: When you fill out forms or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and any other details voluntarily provided.

How We Use It: This information is used to contact you, book services, process orders, and send occasional promotional content (with your permission).

5. Model Release & Image Usage

Clients must sign a separate model release form authorizing or declining the use of their images for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes. We will never share images without written consent.

All images produced by Sydne Barnett Studios LLC are copyrighted and remain the property of the photographer. Clients receive personal-use rights to images purchased but may not alter, edit, or use images for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services. By booking a session, you agree to hold harmless Sydne Barnett Studios LLC from any liability arising from the session, use of the images, or access to this website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
